Holy Trinity Lamorbey CE Primary School collects data and information about parents/carers of our pupils so that we can operate effectively as a school. The privacy notices below explain how and why we collect parent/carer data, what we do with it and what rights parents have.

Holy Trinity Lamorbey CE Primary School is a school within the Amadeus Primary Academies Trust (“APAT”), a Multi-Academy Trust. APAT is the Data Controller for all the Academies within the Trust and sets the GDPR policy.  The Data Protection Officer for APAT is Sabrina Bridges.
