School Timetable

Holy Trinity opens to children at 8:40am each morning.

Children can arrive at any time between 8:40 and 9am, but we encourage them to arrive as early as possible within this window to benefit from their early work and have as good a start to the day as possible.

Children in year 5 and 6 enter the building through the fire escape at the end of the alleyway between the garage and the caretaker's office.

Children in Nursery enter their classroom directly through the fire escape at the front of the school.

Children in RES class enter through the large double wooden gates at the front of the school.

Children in RGA, Y1, Y2, Y3 and Y4 enter the school through the wooden gate immediately adjacent to the Glade gate and then through the back door to their class or the adjacent corridor.

All external doors to the school, the gates to RES class and the gate adjacent to the Glade gate will be closed at 8:55am and children must then enter through the office.  The reason for this is that some classes are a considerable walk away from the gate, especially for little legs and by the time the children have walked to class, taken off coats and hung up their bag they may miss the register and so not be properly accounted for.

To ensure that we always know exactly who is in school, children muss pass through the office after 8:55am and have their name recorded so that if they do miss the register by the time they get to class, they will be marked in properly by the office staff when the registers arrive in the office shortly after 9am.

Any child arriving after 9am will be marked as late.

The Glade gate is locked promptly at 9am each morning.

If children are attending an early morning sports or music club, they must remain with their parents until the sports coach or teacher arrives for this session.

At the end of the school day parents queue up at the assigned location for that class and are called forward by the teacher. The collecting adult must provide the collection password to the teacher who will then release the child into their care.
