Holy Trinity opens to children at 8:40am each morning.

Children can arrive at any time between 8:40 and 8:55am, but we encourage them to arrive as early as possible within this window to benefit from their early work and have as good a start to the day as possible.

All children in KS1 and KS2 enter the school through the wooden gate immediately adjacent to the Glade gate and then through the back door to their class or the adjacent corridor.

Children in Nursery enter their classroom directly through the fire escape at the front of the school.

Children in Reception enter through the large double wooden gates at the front of the school.

All external doors to the school, the gates to Reception and the gate adjacent to the Glade gate will be closed at 9am and children arriving later this time must then enter through the office.  This is so they are properly accounted for after the class register is taken.

Any child arriving after 8.55am will be marked as late.

The Glade gate is locked promptly at 8.55am each morning.

If children are attending an early morning club, they must remain with their parents until the club leader arrives for this session.

At the end of the school day parents queue up at the assigned location for that class and are called forward by the teacher. The collecting adult must provide the collection password to the teacher who will then release the child into their care.
